Areas of Assistance: Arlington County, VA, Tenant Based Rental Assistance (Deep Subsidies)
Arlington County’s Housing Grants Program provides rental assistance to low-income Arlington renters who are 65 or older, totally and permanently disabled, working families with at least one child under age 18, or clients of a County-operated/supported mental health program. Housing grants cover a portion of monthly rent, depending on household income, household size and rent amount. Applicants must be County residents, have leases in their names, and meet income and asset limits.
