Areas of Assistance: Regional, Alexandria City, VA, Arlington County, VA, Fairfax County, VA, Falls Church, VA, Loudoun County, VA, Prince William County, VA, Utility Assistance
Lifeline is offered by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and provides a monthly discount on ONE telephone service (land line or wireless) for eligible low-income consumers. Individuals must reconfirm eligibility annually to continue service. Eligible individuals/families must either have an income that is at or below 135% of the federal poverty guidelines OR participate in one of many assistance programs.
