The Salvation Army thrift stores provide furniture, household items, and clothing at a low-cost rate. The Salvation Army of Loudoun County also distributes living assistance for utility bills, rent, prescriptions, food, clothing, and furniture. Loudoun County Salvation Army has a hot meal distribution program on Saturday evenings from 4:00 pm until 4:45 pm in the Sterling Park Plaza Shopping Center on South Sterling Boulevard in Sterling and from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the parking lot of the Shenandoah Office Building. The Salvation Army also has a food bank and thrift store, and provides short-term financial assistance with utility bills, rent, food, clothing and furniture.
